Obstacle Course Race Training
Join us for 4 weeks to increase your obstacle endurance, climbing skills and grip strength! Prepare yourself physically and mentally for your next Obstacle Course Race!
OCR’s will all test your abilities to the max! Don’t show up on race day unprepared. 💥
Sessions will be held every Friday @ 5:30pm and Sunday @ 9:30am starting May 3rd, running 4 weeks through Sunday, May 26th and will run approximately 1 hour each session.
We’ll work strength, climbing skills, endurance and mental GRIT!
Check that race off your bucket list and be prepared for the bucket carry!
