To create confident kids and young adults.
To instill a love of movement
To build a strong foundation of functional strength - so when our kids join sports teams, take up dirt biking, etc. their tendons, ligaments, and bones are ready for the activities they want to participate in.
We want our kids to embrace and participate in everything life has to offer. Having self-confidence and base of strength makes everything more attainable. Healthy kids become healthy adults.
About the Coach:
Our Kids & Teen program is designed and coached by Ken Platt. Ken loves working with youth and has a passion for fun & fitness. He has an extensive background of working with children and young adults and is certified in one of the most distinguished kids fitness certifications, Brand X Method, which is the leader in youth fitness and inspiration for CrossFit Kids. Current Session = 6 weeks
Every Friday April 30th - June 4th
Grades 6-8 = 3:30pm - 4:30pm - $119
(they will have the option to take the bus directly from the school to the gym)
Grades 1-2 = 4:30pm - 5:15pm - $89
Grades 3-5 = 5:15pm - 6pm - $89
All programs are capped to keep class sizes small and allow for individual attention and instruction.

*If your child is unable to attend 2 or more dates please contact us PRIOR to registration for a prorated fee. We are not able to prorate or credit you for day(s) missed during the session after registration is completed and registration is non-refundable.
